It was truly inspirational and offered a chance for pupils to speak and share about why we should help others in our local community. Pupils were left in awe at the work they do to support the local community and how they work with referrals through schools, GP, Citizen’s advice and more. The store provided a warm welcome and pupils were able to ask questions about how the store works. The store also provides a delivery service for those with limited mobility.įurthermore, as part of their Religious Studies class, pupils Jai and Kaspar delivered donations to the Godalming Community Store. ![]() The Store works closely with the Godalming Town Council and Citizens Advice Bureau to identify those in need, and is entirely reliant on donations. The purpose of the Community Store is to support any local person in need of food and basics to live.
